Yes. For most packages, the count is 10 kids plus the birthday child, for a total of 11. For the Fossil Fiesta package, it's 5 kids plus the birthday child, for a total of 6.

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates. Summer and school holidays fill up fast!

We ask for your final guest count at least 3 days before your party so we can prepare accordingly, but don't worry if it changes — you can still add kids the day of. Either way, you're only charged based on the actual number of kids beyond what's included in your package: 6 for Fossil Fiesta, 11 for every other package.

No outside food or drinks are allowed. Booked birthday parties may bring in cake or cupcakes. Walk-in parties may bring cake or cupcakes, though a $25 cake fee applies per item.

Each included pizza is a 16", 12-slice cheese and/or pepperoni pizza.

Yes! You're welcome to bring your own decorations. Please note that nothing may be taped to the walls. Glitter and confetti are also not permitted.

Helium balloons are not allowed, but you're welcome to bring air balloons.

Adults who will not be participating in the attractions can join the party at no additional charge (Non-Participating Adults). Adults who want to join their children in the Super Play Structure are $7.99 each (Participating Adults). Adults participating in other activities will be charged according to the additional guest fee for the party package.

Our party packages are designed for kids of all ages. For children 5 and under, we recommend the Dino Mite package.

The Fossil Fiesta package is designed for smaller groups. If 11 or more kids attend, your party will automatically be upgraded and charged as the Brachio Bash package to better accommodate your group.

Additional kids can be added at a per-person fee based on the package. Additional play time can also be added for $50 per 11 kids.

It depends on timing. If the promo was released within 2 weeks of your original booking date, we can apply it to your party. If it came out more than 2 weeks after you booked, we're unable to apply it retroactively.

Yes, a deposit is required at booking to hold your date. It will be deducted from your final bill on the day of the event. Deposits are non-refundable.

You may check in up to 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. Activities begin and end promptly — no refunds are given if guests arrive after the start time. A no-show will result in the full event and gratuity amount being charged.

An 18% service fee is added to each party's subtotal.

Party room assignment is at the discretion of the manager and is based on party size and timing. You can request a particular room when booking your party, however it is not guaranteed you will get it.

Yes. Lost Worlds reusable safety socks are mandatory for all play areas, including adults who enter the Super Play Structure.
