5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
As a California-based business serving California residents, we are subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). California residents have the following rights:
Right to Know
You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the business purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it. You may make this request up to twice in a 12-month period.

You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (such as information needed to complete a transaction, meet a legal obligation, or maintain security).
Right to Correct
You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
Sensitive Personal Information
We collect certain sensitive personal information as defined by CCPA, including payment card data and electronic signatures on waivers. This data is used only to provide our services and is not used for advertising or profiling.

6. Children's Privacy
Our facility welcomes children, but our website and online services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. All personal information about minor participants must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, please contact us immediately at info@playverse.biz and we will take steps to delete it.
California residents under the age of 18 who have posted publicly on our website may request removal of that content by contacting us.
7. Data Security & Retention
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you as required by California law.
