• Payment Information: Credit or debit card details and billing address collected through our secure third-party payment processor (Roller). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• Waiver & Health Information: Electronic signatures and any health or participation disclosures required as part of our mandatory activity waiver.
• Communications: Information you provide when you contact us by phone, email, or through the inquiry forms on our website.
• Children's Information: Names, ages, and other details about minor participants provided by a parent or legal guardian when booking a party, camp, or group visit.

Information Collected Automatically

• Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, referring URLs, and time spent on pages, collected via standard server logs and analytics tools.
• Cookies & Similar Technologies: Session cookies, preference cookies, and analytics identifiers. See Section 4 for details.

Information Collected In-Person

• Video Surveillance: Our facility uses security cameras for the safety and security of guests and staff. Footage is used for security monitoring and incident investigation.
• Photographs: Staff or contracted photographers may capture images at events or during regular operations. Consent for marketing use of photographs is obtained separately.

We never share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
