Please read all of the following carefully. By entering our facility, purchasing tickets, booking a party, or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms.

1. Liability Waiver

A signed liability waiver is required for every person who enters the Lost Worlds facility, including parents and guardians accompanying children. Waivers must be completed before check-in and are valid for one calendar year from the date of signing.

By signing the waiver, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with physical activity and the use of our attractions — including but not limited to the Super Play Structure, T-Rex Ninja Course, Aerial Course, Climbing Walls, Laser Tag arena, and Black Light Mini Golf — and agree to release the Company from liability for injuries arising from those inherent risks.

Parents or legal guardians must sign on behalf of all minor participants. Any person who refuses to sign a waiver will not be permitted to enter the facility, and no refund will be issued.

2. Tickets & Admissions

Tickets may be purchased online or in person. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Admission does not guarantee access to every attraction. Some attractions have height, weight, or age restrictions enforced by staff without exception. Admission times are reserved. Late arrivals will not receive an extended session, and no refund will be provided for unused time.

3. Rules of Conduct

All guests must behave in a safe and respectful manner. The following are prohibited at our facility:

• Running in non-designated areas.
• Roughhousing, fighting, aggressive behavior, or abusive language towards guests or staff.
• Use of alcohol, drugs, or tobacco on the premises.
• Weapons of any kind.
• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
• Filming or photographing other guests without their consent.
• Tampering with safety equipment.

Lost Worlds reserves the right to remove any guest who violates these rules. No refund will be issued for guests removed due to conduct violations.

4. Age & Supervision

Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (18+) at all times. Non-participating and participating guardians are subject to standard admission fees. All attraction height, weight, and age requirements will be enforced by staff without exception.

Lost Worlds reusable safety socks are mandatory for all guests entering play areas. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk.

5. Safety & Health

• Follow all posted rules and staff instructions at all times.
• Do not use any attraction if you have a pre-existing condition that could be aggravated by physical activity.
• Notify staff immediately if you observe any unsafe behavior or conditions.

Participation in our attractions involves physical activity and an inherent risk of injury. By entering the facility, guests acknowledge and accept these risks.

Lost Worlds is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought into the facility. Guests are responsible for securing their belongings at all times.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

General Tickets

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase or as required by California law.

Party Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund: Cancellations made within 3 days of booking and at least 7 days prior to the party date are eligible for a full refund.
• Deposit Forfeited: Cancellations made after the 3-day window but more than 7 days before the party will result in the deposit being forfeited. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• No-Show: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in the full booking amount and service charge being charged to the card on file.

Event Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund: Cancellations made within 3 days of booking and at least 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund.
• Deposit Forfeited: Cancellations made after the 3-day window but more than 1 month before the event will result in the deposit being forfeited. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• No-Show: Failure to attend without notice will result in the full booking amount and service charge being charged to the card on file.

Summer Camp Registrations

• Full Refund: Cancellations made within 3 days of booking and at least 7 days prior to the camp start date are eligible for a full refund.
• Deposit Forfeited: Cancellations made after the 3-day window but more than 7 days before the camp will result in the deposit being forfeited. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• No-Show: No refunds allowed for no-shows.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable, may not be exchanged for cash, and do not expire.

7. Party & Event Bookings

A deposit is required at the time of booking and will be added toward your final balance.

• Final guest counts must be confirmed at least 72 hours (3 days) before the event.
• An 18% service fee is added to all party packages.
• Party room assignments are made at the discretion of the manager on duty.
• Activities begin and end promptly at scheduled times. Late arrivals will not receive extensions or refunds.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except water. Birthday parties may bring cake, cupcakes, or ice cream. Walk-in parties may bring cake or cupcakes for a $25 fee per item.
• Helium balloons, tape on walls, glitter, and confetti are prohibited.
• The Company reserves the right to end any event early if guests fail to comply with facility rules.

8. Memberships

Memberships are personal and non-transferable. A valid, signed waiver and current photo must be on file at all times. Membership fees are non-refundable and billed monthly until cancelled.

Cancellation & Billing

• Memberships remain active through the end of the billing period after cancellation.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.
• Memberships do not guarantee entry during peak periods or private events.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships at any time, with or without cause.
• Upgrades are permitted; downgrades are not allowed during an active billing period.

9. Summer Camps

• A signed waiver is required for each camper.
• Parents must disclose medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at registration.
• Staff are not medical professionals. Emergency services will be contacted when necessary.
• Campers exhibiting unsafe or disruptive behavior may be removed without refund.
• Late pick-ups may incur additional fees.
• The Company is not responsible for personal belongings.

10. Photographs & Media

By entering the facility, you consent to photography and video recording for marketing and promotional purposes. Security cameras are in use for safety and operational purposes.

11. Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, and Limitation of Liability

I understand that participation in activities at Lost Worlds involves inherent and significant risks of injury, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment failure, improper use of equipment, and the actions or inactions of myself, other participants, or staff. Activities include, without limitation, the super play structure, ninja course, aerial course, laser tag, climbing walls, mini golf, mini bowling, and all other attractions and areas within the facility.

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of injury, whether known or unknown, inherent or not, including those arising from the ordinary negligence of the Company, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I release and discharge the Company, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, death, or damages arising out of or related to my participation in any activities at the facility, including claims based on negligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to participation in any activities or use of the facility. In no event shall the total liability of the Company, its owners, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates exceed the amount paid for participation, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including negligence, premises liability, or failure to warn.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.
