Choose your package and lock in your date. You'll receive a confirmation with everything you need to know.

Guests check in at the front desk. Your party host will greet you and get the adventure started.

Head to your private room for cake, gifts, and the good stuff. We handle setup and cleanup.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates. Summer and school holidays fill up fast!

When does guest count need to be confirmed?

Final guest count must be confirmed at least 3 days in advance.

Can I bring in outside food or drinks?

No outside food or drinks are allowed. You are welcome to bring water bottles. Booked birthday parties may bring in cake, cupcakes, or ice cream. Walk-in parties may bring cake or cupcakes, though a $25 cake fee applies per item.

Can I bring my own decorations?

Yes! You're welcome to bring your own decorations. Please note that nothing may be taped to the walls. Glitter and confetti are also not permitted.

Are balloons allowed?

Helium balloons are not allowed, but you're welcome to bring air balloons.

Can parents and siblings join?

Adults who will not be participating in the attractions can join the party at no additional charge (Non-Participating Adults). Adults who want to join their children in the Super Play Structure are $7.99 each (Participating Adults). Adults participating in other activities will be charged according to the additional guest fee for the party package.

What is the minimum age for parties?

Our party packages are designed for kids of all ages. For children 5 and under, we recommend the Dino Mite package.

What if I have less than 11 kids?

Please call us or email us to get pricing for smaller groups.

What if I need more guests in my package?

Additional kids can be added at a per-person fee based on the package. Additional play time can also be added for $50 per 11 kids.

Is there a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit is required at booking to hold your date. It will be deducted from your final bill on the day of the event. Deposits are non-refundable.

What is the check-in and cancellation policy?

You may check in up to 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. Activities begin and end promptly — no refunds are given if guests arrive after the start time. A no-show will result in the full event and gratuity amount being charged.

Are there any fees I should know about?

An 18% service fee is added to each party's subtotal. Party room assignment is at the discretion of the manager and is based on party size and timing. Some rooms have a capacity of up to 60 guests — contact our Party Coordinator if you expect a larger group.

Are safety socks required?

Yes. Lost Worlds reusable safety socks are mandatory for all play areas, including adults who enter the Super Play Structure.
